Course Summary: Stormwater Retention Credit (SRC) Program e-Learning and Mentorship was developed as part of DOEE's Pathways grant to provide mentorship and support for new Stormwater Retention Credit (SRC) aggregators. SRC projects capture and manage stormwater on properties across DC, reducing runoff and pollution that would otherwise flow into local rivers and streams. These credits can then be sold on the SRC market, creating financial incentives for green infrastructure. The modules introduce the fundamentals of the program, walk through project development and certification, and share lessons from experienced practitioners—helping new aggregators gain the skills and confidence to advance cleaner water and greener communities in DC.
